and cottages along with our hospitality. Your comfort and pleasure are
our satisfaction. We will bend over backwards to make your vacation

We have the finest location at the resort. It's the
favorite of thousands for over 70 years. It's live and a big
time resort. Many Pittsburghers and western Pennsylvania vacationers
will see someone they know just like at home. Everyone is a neighbor
and friendly. We have the resort's finest, largest sandy beach on
three and a half acres. Children's playground equipped with swings,
sliding boards, all sizes, teeter-totters for the little ones. There are picnic tables, lawn furniture,
and benches for mommy and daddy overlooking the lake.
We're located right in the center of the resort, handy to everything yet away from
the noise. The coolest spot and always comfortable for sleeping.
We do rent all units upon availability including motel
rooms, apartments and cottages by the day or week. All units of course
are more economical by the week. You may rent as many weeks as you wish.
Only number of guests specified in circular permitted overnight.
Additional guests will be charged accordingly or asked to leave.
Rentals from Sunday, 3 P.M. to Sunday, 11 A.M. EST. A deposit of
one-third of the rental price is required in advance for each week to insure
reservations, and must be paid by the first of the calendar year of the
reservation. Balance plus all taxes are due upon check in.
No Deposit Refund.
No checks accepted for balance due on arrival. Identification required
upon signing of registration cards.
Cottage Rentals - You furnish your own linen, sheets,
pillow cases, blankets, towels, dish towels, fans,
and TV. Cottages are furnished with pillows, dishes, cutlery and
coffee pot.
Extra charge for bedding in cottage if we provide it. We rent cribs,
cots, high chairs etc.
Please give calendar dates.
Give number of persons and state if family, sorority, club or reunion. We
cater to families. Give optional choice.
Reservations held only until
6 P.M. Sunday.
No Pets Permitted.
Cottage Cleaning:
We expect you to leave the cottage clean. A security deposit will
be required on all units when you take possession to guarantee cleaning,
breakage, loss or damage. We will gladly refund the deposit if units
are left OK. We are to be the judge.
We are not a general real estate
office. We are only developing our own property. Give Us a
Try--we've been expanding with new buildings for over 70 years in the same
location. We have offices and residence on the resort for your
convenience.
